Job summary

Zoom is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to shape workforce strategy for the EMEA region in a hybrid role. You will partner with senior leaders to turn priorities into action, foster inclusive excellence, and drive organizational effectiveness across diverse cultures.

You will leverage Workday and global HR systems to support talent development, ensure fair processes, and manage the employee lifecycle with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a partner for People/HR in a multinational environment.
• Handle complex employee relations including conflict resolution and policy interpretation.
• Lead organisational change and restructuring programmes with minimal disruption.
• Interpret people data and metrics to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Communicate effectively and coach leaders at all levels with clarity and empathy.
• Apply knowledge of EMEA employment legislation and regional best practices.
• Adapt approaches across cultures and employment frameworks within EMEA.
• Operate Workday and global HR systems to support people processes and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Advising senior leaders on workforce planning, organisation design, and talent development.
• Driving employee engagement and inclusion initiatives, coaching managers to build high-performing teams.
• Guiding leaders through performance cycles, promotions, and succession planning.
• Leading organisational change programmes — including restructures and reorganisations.
• Collaborating across People Experience, compensation, and talent acquisition to deliver a joined-up employee experience.
