Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks an HR Risk and Employee Relations CoE Manager for a 12-14 month temporary role in the Middle East. You will shape ER frameworks, lead investigations, and advise senior leadership on complex workplace matters, collaborating with legal, compliance, and HR teams to address risks and improve employee experience.

You will own critical HR processes, drive best practices in employee relations, and ensure policy communication and accountability across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business.
• Educational background in employment law or practical experience with legal workplace issues.
• 7 years of professional experience in HR operations, employee relations, or HR risk management.
• Experience in employee relations (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of workplace policies and risk management frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ER investigations and manage sensitive cases with discretion.
• Develop and implement HR policies related to employee relations and risk.
• Advise senior leadership on complex workplace issues and compliance.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and HR to address risks and drive improvements.
• Analyze ER data trends to inform strategic interventions.
