- Lead the design and development of healthcare systems and facilities that meet user needs and comply with relevant regulations and standards
- Conduct thorough analysis and research on best practices in healthcare system design, integrating lessons learned from other successful projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals, architects, and project managers, to ensure designs reflect the latest advancements in healthcare delivery
- Develop comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, drawings, and guidelines for healthcare facilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather input and feedback on design proposals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and community needs
- Stay informed on healthcare trends, technologies, and innovations to incorporate cutting-edge solutions into design projects
- Oversee the implementation of design plans, providing expertise and direction throughout the construction and operational phases
