Job summary

AlixPartners in Riyadh and Dubai seeks a Senior People Business Partner to shape and deliver a commercially focused people strategy across the Middle East, balancing regional priorities with global frameworks.

Working in a global matrix, you will lead performance, talent management, succession, workforce planning, and diversity and inclusion, partnering with country leaders and senior stakeholders to drive engagement and organisational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Significant HR experience, ideally 8+ years in a strategic People/HRBP role.
• Experience in multinational, matrixed organisations; consulting/professional services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA employment law; DIFC knowledge is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Analytical capability with people data to identify trends and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for leaders on people, talent and org topics; trusted SME to senior leadership.
• Partner with Country Leader and PMDs to shape and execute the local people agenda.
• Drive engagement, retention and performance with data-led insights and targeted actions.
• Lead organisation design, change management and ways of working; embed scalable people practices.
• Support D&I objectives by translating global strategy into local action and governance.
