Job summary

Fortinet, Inc. is seeking an EMEA HR Talent Operations Partner based in Saudi Arabia.

You will act as the primary contact for employees and managers on HR matters and support end-to-end HR operations across Saudi Arabia and the EMEA region. You will manage hiring through PEO and direct hires, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain HRIS data accuracy, and collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR experience in international environments.
• Experience with Saudi Arabia localization and compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Provide comprehensive HR support and administration including offboarding and payroll operations.
• Manage end-to-end hiring through PEO and direct employment within Saudi entity, ensuring local compliance.
• Follow hiring, onboarding, and admin processes with accuracy and timely deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and candidates for seamless hiring.
• Enter and audit data in HRIS.
• Ensure understanding of compliance and local legal requirements.
• Document HR actions by completing forms, reports, and records.
• Manage immigration and mobility with visa deadlines.
• Build relationships with external vendors to meet timelines.
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements.
• Manage benefits enrollments and assist with queries.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the EMEA HR team.
• Contribute to EMEA HR projects.
• Provide support to other regions as required.
