Job summary

InnovationTeam is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to support a growing workforce of around 400 employees, with plans to hire 100+ more. You will partner with leadership to shape HR strategy, manage operations, and ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations across offices, client sites, and remote work.

The role requires a Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years in HR management or senior HR specialist roles, preferably in IT/services, strong leadership, confidentiality,

Qualifications

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least two years of experience in an HR management role or as a Senior HR Specialist.
• Experience in IT/technology services or project-based organizations is preferred.
• Experience supporting a workforce of several hundred employees is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and Saudization.
• Ability to analyze workforce data and costs, with practical recommendations.
• High standards of confidentiality and integrity, with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Relevant professional HR certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR strategy, workforce planning, organizational structures, job descriptions, and budgets.
• Lead the assigned HR operations team and ensure timely handling of employee requests.
• Coordinate recruitment and assess local, overseas, and outsourced staffing options.
• Manage onboarding, probation, transfers, and offboarding to support project continuity.
• Maintain employee records, leave, attendance, and reconcile payroll inputs with Finance.
• Track contract renewals, probation deadlines, and government documentation.
• Support salary structures, benefits, incentives, and compensation reviews.
• Coordinate performance management, development, promotions, and succession planning.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters with confidentiality.
• Strengthen Saudization and university partnerships for internships and graduate programs.
• Enhance engagement, internal communications, employer branding, and inclusion.
• Monitor turnover and retention risks; propose practical retention actions.
• Improve HR systems and workflows; report on service quality and costs.
