Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll management experience across APAC & ME countries, with Saudi Arabia payroll expertise.
• Experience with shared services and managing external payroll vendors is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, process discipline, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Saudi Arabia and other APAC & ME countries via internal systems or external vendors.
• Ensure payroll operations comply with local labour laws, tax regulations & company policies.
• Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with Mobility and external tax agencies on expatriate/inpatriate tax filings.
• Provide country-specific HR Operations support, including Arabic correspondence and regulatory activities.
