Job summary

Fortinet is seeking an HR professional to support Saudi Arabia and the EMEA region with comprehensive HR services, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll-related operations, and end-to-end hiring through PEO and direct Saudi entity employment. You will ensure local compliance and accurate HR data management.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, with experience in international environments and HRIS platforms.

• Able to manage end-to-end HR processes with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.
• Provide comprehensive HR support and administration, including offboarding and payroll-related operations.
• Manage end-to-end hiring through both PEO vendor and direct Saudi entity employment, ensuring local compliance.
• Follow established hiring, onboarding, and admin processes with accuracy and timely deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and candidates for a smooth hiring experience.
• Enter and audit data in the HRIS system.
• Ensure understanding of compliance and local legal requirements.
• Handle immigration and mobility end-to-end with visa deadlines.
• Build relations with external vendors and ensure adherence to procedures and SLAs.
• Identify gaps and suggest improvements to HR processes.
• Manage benefits enrollments and respond to related queries.
• Provide ad-hoc HR support to the EMEA team and contribute to HR projects.
• Support other regions as required.
