Job summary

acwa china is seeking an Electrical Engineer to manage electrical operation and maintenance for a wind plant in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, outages, and system reliability to ensure plant availability and safety.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge in electrical systems, and experience with SAP/CMMS for maintenance planning and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8-10 years experience in Electrical Maintenance in water desalination and power generation plants with 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with outage for critical electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical preventive and corrective maintenance and overhauling to ensure reliability of plant equipment.
• Coordinate emergency responses to breakdowns to minimize downtime and losses.
• Lead condition-based maintenance initiatives and root-cause analyses to reduce reactive work.
