Job summary

Jenwa seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance lead to plan, execute, and continuously improve the plant's electrical systems, including generators, transformers, switchgear, UPS, motors, and related equipment.

You will manage a team of maintenance engineers and technicians, driving safety and compliance while coordinating with mechanical, operations, and engineering groups to minimize downtime and optimize reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of electrical maintenance experience in power generation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for electrical systems.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting and RCA.
• Plan and oversee maintenance projects and upgrades.
• Assist in annual maintenance budgeting and resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement of maintenance processes.
