Job summary

ACWA Power in Saudi Arabia seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, outages, and overhauling of plant mechanical equipment, under the Section Head – Mechanical / Maintenance Manager.

You will lead maintenance staff, manage CMMS SAP work orders, prepare reports, ensure IMS compliance, and coordinate with Purchasing for spare parts within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in industrial plants.
• Strong knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance on plant mechanical equipment.
• Coordinate outages, overhauls, and maintenance activities with the Section Head and Maintenance Manager.
• Execute work orders via SAP CMMS and report progress to Planning Engineer.
