Job summary

ACWA Power seeks a Senior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to manage electrical operation and maintenance at the wind plant, including preventive and corrective activities, outages and overhauls to ensure high plant availability and reliability.

The role requires 8–10 years in electrical maintenance in water/desalination or power generation, with at least 2 years in supervision, and hands-on experience with SAP, CMMS and outage planning to drive continuous improvement and safe operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8–10 years' experience in Electrical Maintenance in water desalination and power plants.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role; strong planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical preventive and corrective maintenance and overhauling activities.
• Coordinate planning and execution of outages; ensure timely resource availability.
• Lead SAP maintenance documentation and ensure data integrity in CMMS.
• Ensure HSSE compliance and safe operation of electrical systems.
