Job summary

Baazeem Trading Company seeks an experienced eCommerce Manager to lead online sales growth across major platforms in Saudi Arabia. The role requires managing platform relationships, developing commercial plans, and driving strong execution across all online channels.

You will coordinate with Sales, Category, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure product availability and profitable growth. FMCG experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce, Online Sales.
• Experience within the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing major eCommerce and/or Quick Commerce platforms in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the eCommerce strategy to achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets.
• Manage key eCommerce and Quick Commerce platforms, including Amazon, Noon, HungerStation, Ninja, Keeta, and other online channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and key account teams.
• Lead commercial negotiations, annual agreements, promotions, pricing, visibility, and assortment plans.
• Develop promotional calendars and identify opportunities to increase online visibility and conversion.
• Monitor sales performance, product availability, stock levels, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Analyze channel and account performance and develop action plans to improve sales and market share.
• Identify new online business opportunities and potential platforms to expand the company’s eCommerce presence.
• Coordinate with Sales, Category, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure execution and product availability.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews.
