Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill online customer orders accurately and on time.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify items against shipment documentation.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Update inventory records and maintain accurate order statuses.
• Coordinate with couriers and delivery partners for order movement.
• Process returns and exchanges per procedures.
• Handle basic customer queries relating to orders, deliveries, returns.
