Job summary

Webook in Riyadh is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day order processing, coordinate with logistics and suppliers, and keep product data, stock levels, and pricing accurate on the website.

You will support customer service with order and delivery queries, track inventory, and generate routine KPI reports to ensure SLAs and quality standards are met through proactive, detail-oriented execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or fulfillment.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with e-commerce tools.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily order processing and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for stock and shipment updates.
• Maintain accurate product data, stock levels, and pricing on the website.
• Support customer service with order, refund, and delivery queries.
• Track inventory and flag shortages or delays to management.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and KPIs.
• Ensure operational workflows meet internal SLAs and quality standards.
