Job summary
SIS Global in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Domain Support Specialist with deep expertise in DPI, Packet Core networks, and telecom service assurance. You will provide technical leadership, operational support, and proactive troubleshooting to ensure high availability across mobile networks.
You will operate and maintain Ericsson DPI platforms, monitor performance, analyze traffic patterns, and coordinate with TAC and vendor support to resolve complex incidents.
Qualifications
- Ericsson DPI platform experience is mandatory.
- Deep knowledge of DPI technologies and traffic management.
- Experience supporting Packet Core networks in 2G/3G/4G LTE and 5G.
- Strong troubleshooting and performance management skills in telecom environments.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and manage Ericsson DPI platforms in large telecom networks.
- Monitor network performance and proactively detect degradation and faults.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering and support teams to resolve incidents.
- Perform software deployments, upgrades, patches, and testing.
- Generate performance reports and technical documentation.
- Support 24x7 operational activities and incident management.
