Job summary

TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING S.A DUBAI BRANCH invites a Document Controller to join the client’s offices in Jeddah or Riyadh, KSA, handling the document control functions for thermal power generation projects. The role focuses on tracking design deliverables, maintaining the Master Document List (MDL), and ensuring timely dissemination with the project team.

You will maintain comprehensive records of submissions, approvals, revisions and correspondences, provide inputs to progress reports on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder with minimum 6 years of experience in document control.
• Familiar with document control software such as Aconex, ThinkProject and SharePoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Track submission of design deliverables per the Master Document List (MDL).
• Update MDL based on review status and ensure timely dissemination to relevant parties.
• Monitor the document submission schedule and expedite project team comments.
• Maintain records of submissions, approvals, revisions and correspondences.
• Provide inputs to progress reports on deliverables and milestones.
