Job summary

Tractebel is seeking a Document Controller to manage document control for a large power generation project in Saudi Arabia, based in Jeddah or Riyadh. You will track design deliverables, ensure timely dissemination, and maintain comprehensive records with engineers and project teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least six years of related experience, plus mandatory familiarity with Aconex/ThinkProject/SharePoint. Local employment contract with 100% involvement is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field with relevant experience.
• Experience in document control for large infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with document control software is mandatory (Aconex/ThinkProject/SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Track submission of design deliverables per the Master Document List and update MDL.
• Ensure timely dissemination of deliverables with project team support.
• Monitor submission schedule and expedite comments from the project team.
• Maintain records of submissions, approvals, revisions and correspondences.
• Provide inputs to progress reports on deliverables, highlighting milestones.
