Job summary

Alfanar Precast is seeking a results-driven Distributor Sales Manager to lead sales efforts with distributors across the wholesale market. You will manage distributor accounts, drive delivery and credit processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while expanding opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Institute or equivalent.
• Strong sales acumen in wholesale/distributor environments.
• Experience in managing distributor accounts and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve targeted sales plan for each distributor.
• Manage distributor accounts including sales, delivery, collection and credit management.
• Represent Alfanar before distributors and protect their rights.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within distributor accounts.
• Build and maintain strong distributor relationships and gather feedback.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet distributor needs.
