Job summary

Alfanar Precast is seeking a results-driven sales professional to identify and develop project opportunities in the precast concrete market. You will build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners, coordinate technical and commercial proposals, and drive opportunities from inquiry to award.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in precast/construction sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure project sales opportunities within the precast concrete market.
• Generate leads through visits, networking, referrals, and project intelligence.
• Coordinate technical and commercial proposals and negotiations.
• Manage through award, execution, and collection to meet targets.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Planning, Projects, and Finance for project progress.
• Follow up on payments and collect receivables.
