Job summary

SOL Business Solutions in Riyadh is seeking a Dispatcher & Scheduler to plan and coordinate daily allocation of staff, suppliers, and locations, ensuring work is delivered on time and to standard. You’ll manage the operating schedule, assign resources, and confirm readiness ahead of each date.

You will monitor live status, escalate issues, record delays, and produce daily and weekly operations reports, working closely with multiple teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, logistics, supply chain, or business administration; a diploma with strong relevant experience acceptable.
• 3–5 years in dispatch, scheduling, field operations, logistics coordination, workforce planning, or event operations.
• Arabic at native level; English at working level for reporting and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the operating schedule across all active assignments.
• Allocate staff, suppliers, and locations to every scheduled job.
• Balance workload, travel time, and coverage across teams and geographies.
• Hold a rolling forward view and close any gap well before it reaches the date.
