Job summary

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group in Riyadh is seeking a logistics-focused coordinator to plan and coordinate Distribution Center booking schedules, aligning inbound and outbound appointments with capacity and replenishment plans to ensure smooth material flow.

You will plan daily booking schedules, coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, monitor adherence, update systems, and communicate changes to stakeholders to maintain service continuity.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, or distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate Distribution Center booking schedules by aligning inbound and outbound appointments with capacity, replenishment plans, and operational constraints to ensure smooth material flow and efficient DC operations at Panda Retail Company
• Plan daily inbound and outbound booking schedules for the Distribution Center to ensure balanced workload and optimal dock utilization.
• Coordinate booking slots with suppliers, transporters, and internal DC teams to support timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Align booking plans with replenishment requirements and inventory priorities to support product availability and stock flow.
• Monitor booking adherence, arrival times, and schedule changes to identify delays and operational risks.
• Update booking systems and trackers with confirmed appointments, changes, and cancellations to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
• Communicate booking confirmations, adjustments, and constraints to relevant stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.
• Analyze booking performance data including delays, congestion, and utilization to identify improvement opportunities.
• Resolve booking conflicts and capacity issues in coordination with DC operations and replenishment teams to maintain service continuity.
• Apply approved booking procedures, planning standards, and governance requirements during all planning activities to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
