Job summary

Al-Dawaa Medical Services Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate staff, and ensure accurate receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.

You will ensure precise data entry in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), verify shipment documentation and inventory movements, and collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to resolve issues while maintaining safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and team supervision.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management System (WMS) data entry.
• Strong focus on accuracy, inventory control and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Allocate tasks to warehouse staff and monitor shift workflow.
• Ensure accurate data entry in the WMS and verify shipment documentation.
• Monitor inventory movement records and support cycle counting.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor to resolve operational issues.
• Report discrepancies, damages or process deviations and assist training.
