Job summary

Adroyts is seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a small truck fleet across Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with clients, manage trucks and drivers, monitor trips, and maintain vehicle records to support efficient transportation.

Responsibilities include dispatching, route planning, driver coordination, and producing fleet status reports and client-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 5+ years of fleet operations, logistics, transportation, or truck coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispatch and routing of company trucks and drivers.
• Coordinate with clients and manage trip status and availability.
• Maintain vehicle records and monitor maintenance schedules.
• Prepare fleet status reports and management presentations.
• Remain flexible for night shifts and urgent coordination.
