Ameera Talent Solutions is seeking a Director of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships to lead commercial growth across Saudi Arabia. The role requires building trusted relationships with government leaders, C-suite executives and senior enterprise stakeholders, and winning strategic consulting and transformation engagements.

Qualifications

• Saudi national with an established professional network in Riyadh and across the Kingdom.
• Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, consulting, digital transformation, technology or professional services.
• Track record of winning complex, high-value engagements with government or large enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and Vision 2030 priorities.
• Experience selling consulting, transformation, AI, data, technology or innovation-led services.
• Strong knowledge of government and enterprise procurement processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and presentation skills, and confidence with senior decision-makers.
• Fluent Arabic and English strongly preferred, and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the business development strategy across Saudi Arabia.
• Build strong relationships with government leaders, C-suite executives and senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Identify and develop opportunities across management consulting, AI, digital transformation and innovation.
• Lead the full sales cycle, from market development and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and contract award
• Develop strategic partnerships with technology providers, consulting firms and local ecosystem partners.
• Lead responses to tenders, RFPs and government procurement opportunities.
• Create compelling commercial proposals, presentations and executive-level pitches.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences and strategic meetings.
• Work closely with consulting, product, technology and marketing teams to shape tailored client solutions.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline, forecast revenue and report commercial performance.
• Grow long-term accounts, identify cross-selling opportunities and help shape new market propositions.
