Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Director of Organizational Development to lead enterprise‑wide OD design, TOM leadership, governance across the group and its subsidiaries.

You will establish OD foundations, job architecture, grading standards, and workforce models, partnering with ExCo, Strategy, Finance, HRBPs to drive growth and transformation.

The role requires 12+ years in OD or strategic HR, executive stakeholder engagement, and experience in group entities or post‑merger contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years in Organizational Development, Operating Model Design, or Strategic HR roles.
• Proven experience in target operating model (TOM) design and enterprise transformation.
• Hands-on experience setting up OD foundations for new subsidiaries or business entities.
• Experience in group company environments with multiple subsidiaries.
• Strong executive stakeholder engagement and governance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and continuous evolution of enterprise and functional target operating models (TOMs) aligned to strategy and growth.
• Establish and govern organizational design frameworks, principles, and standards for scalability and accountability.
• Sponsor major restructuring, transformation, and capability-led design initiatives across corporate and business functions.
• Oversee organization structures, reporting lines, role charters, and governance forums for decision velocity.
• Guide leadership through structural scenario modeling and future-state organization design.
• Own enterprise workforce planning framework and long-range planning with HRBPs and Finance.
• Govern OD governance, grading standards, and job evaluation methodologies.
