Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an innovative Director - Design to shape the design philosophy and guide all development projects in line with the company’s vision of excellence.

You will lead a diverse team of designers and architects, oversee design development from concept through completion, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant, and community-focused design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven track record in design leadership within real estate or entertainment sectors is desirable.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement design strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team of designers and architects; foster creativity and collaboration.
• Oversee design development from concept to project completion, ensuring high quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure practical, innovative design solutions reflecting community engagement.
• Review and approve design proposals to meet high standards of quality and budgets.
• Stay updated on global design trends and integrate best practices into projects.
• Manage timelines and budgets to deliver within parameters.
• Engage clients and stakeholders, presenting concepts and incorporating feedback.
