Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of development approvals, governance, regulatory compliance, and stage-gate processes.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and senior external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of office development initiatives end to end.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and delivery quality across multiple development projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and government stakeholders on approvals.
