Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a senior leader to oversee worker welfare across its city-wide operations, ensuring safe, healthy and compliant living and working conditions for employees, contractors and service providers within Qiddiya-controlled assets and venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Occupational Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in worker welfare, accommodation or related operations within large, multi-site environments.
• Demonstrated capability in multi-site auditing, evidence-based close-out of corrective actions, vendor and SLA management, grievance handling and performance reporting.
• Experience supporting operational readiness, mobilisation, asset handover, major events or peak periods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the City Operations Worker Welfare Framework, standards and assurance programs.
• Own and maintain the Worker Welfare Management Plan for assets and city-wide operations.
• Lead inspections, audits and assurance activities across accommodation, transport, facilities and welfare services.
• Manage welfare-related contractors and service providers including SLAs and KPIs.
• Support mobilisation, onboarding and ongoing assurance activities with procurement and contractor teams.
• Provide governance for readiness for internal, client and regulatory inspections and incident investigations.
