Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a senior leader to oversee Health, Safety, and Worker Welfare (HSWW) across its active construction portfolio in Saudi Arabia. You will drive safety compliance, risk management, and worker welfare programs, aligning with enterprise standards and local regulations.

The role requires deep technical expertise in construction safety management, risk assessment, PPE governance, and incident investigation, with 18+ years in major projects and a proven leadership

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information for strategy and decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven leadership with a track record of delivering high-quality work.
• Applying advanced knowledge of national & international construction safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSWW oversight across active construction sites and delivery programs.
• Direct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigation efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabia and international safety standards and labor laws.
• Oversee PPE governance, corrective actions, and crisis communication.
