Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a senior leader to oversee city-wide worker welfare, ensuring safe, compliant living and working conditions for employees, contractors and service providers across all assets and events.

You will own welfare standards, drive continuous improvement, manage welfare contractors, and coordinate with Operations, HSE, HR and Procurement to maintain readiness and responsiveness across the city portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, Occupational Health & Safety, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in worker welfare, accommodation or camp operations, social compliance, facilities or property operations, or workforce services within large, multi-site operational environments.
• Training or certification in worker welfare, labour standards, social compliance, HSE, auditing or facilities management, such as social compliance auditor training, NEBOSH, IOSH or ISO auditing, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead worker welfare governance and standards implementation.
• Oversee inspections, audits and assurance activities across assets and providers.
• Manage welfare contractors and service providers including SLAs and KPIs.
• Support readiness, asset handover and contingency planning with welfare considerations.
• Oversee grievance management and workforce engagement initiatives.
• Provide performance reporting to Operations leadership and governance forums.
