Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a senior Worker Welfare Lead to govern and improve welfare across a multi-asset city operations portfolio. You will own the development, implementation and assurance of city-wide worker welfare standards and improvement programmes covering accommodation, transport, catering, hygiene, recreation and workforce support services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified in the job requirements.
• Training or certification in worker welfare, labour standards or facilities management is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in worker welfare, accommodation or related operations within large, multi-site environments.
• Experience with governance, audits, contractor management and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Worker Welfare Framework, standards and assurance programmes.
• Lead inspections, audits and assurance activities across accommodation, transport, facilities and welfare services.
• Manage welfare-related contractors and service providers, including SLAs and performance reviews.
• Support readiness activities for asset handover, mobilisation and major events.
• Provide performance and risk reporting to Operations leadership and governance forums.
