Job summary

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Senior Manager, HSE to lead health, safety and environmental strategies across major projects. You will champion a proactive safety culture, drive compliance with local and international standards, and oversee HSE performance among contractors and teams.

The role requires a strong track record in large infrastructure and development programmes, with NEBOSH/IOSH/CSP or equivalent certifications highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of HSE experience, including significant experience in large-scale infrastructure, construction, industrial, or mixed-use development projects.
• Proven experience managing HSE programs across complex, multidisciplinary projects.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, CSP, CRSP, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive a strong safety culture across projects and operational teams through leadership, coaching, and awareness programs
• Monitor compliance with local regulations, international standards, and company HSE requirements
• Oversee HSE performance across contractors, consultants, and project teams
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and compliance reviews to identify risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and lessons learned initiatives
• Develop and monitor HSE KPIs, dashboards, and management reports
