KAUST in Thuwal, Saudi Arabia, seeks a Head of Career Development & Experiential Learning to lead a comprehensive program linking education to industry opportunities. You will steward services for Saudi and international students, drive internships, and foster partnerships with government, industry, and academia to enhance graduate employability.

You will collaborate with divisions across KAUST, shape experiential learning pathways, and measure impact through data-driven reporting.

Formación

• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• 10+ years of experience in career services, higher education, or related fields.
• Proven success building partnerships with employers, industry groups, and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead KAUST’s career development, internship, and industry engagement strategy.
• Provide strategic leadership for services supporting Saudi and international students.
• Position KAUST as a leader for STEM talent aligned with Vision 2030 and Kingdom priorities.
• Build and manage relationships with Saudi industry, government, and ecosystem partners.
• Oversee visiting student engagement pathways and high-quality KAUST experiences.
• Collaborate across divisions to design career coaching, professional skills, and employment readiness.
• Track outcomes, measure impact, and report on career services metrics.
• Represent KAUST at external events and support renewal of industry partnerships.
