Job summary

TotalTECH Corporation in Saudi Arabia is seeking a strategic leader to head the Higher Education sector, drive growth, and forge global partnerships with universities, colleges, and academic institutions.

You will develop MoUs, design programs, lead EdTech initiatives, oversee accreditation and learning outcomes, and translate partnerships into revenue through scalable projects and professional diplomas.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in higher education leadership.
• Strong university connections in Saudi higher education.
• Proven experience in partnerships, program development, or higher education business development.
• Knowledge of NCAAA/ETEC and international accreditation systems is a plus.
• Experience in e-learning, EdTech, and digital transformation is desirable.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to turn academic partnerships into projects, contracts, and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead Higher Education sector strategy, business development, and growth.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with universities and institutions.
• Develop MoUs, academic programs, and revenue-sharing models.
• Drive LMS, online assessment, AI-assisted learning, and micro-credentials initiatives.
• Build a university sales/partnership pipeline with proposals, negotiations, and contracts.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and education events.
