Dhahran Techno Valley is seeking a Director of Partnerships to lead the development and expansion of strategic relationships with research institutions, technology centers, and government partners in Saudi Arabia. You will oversee a team to design programs, negotiate agreements, and drive technology transfer that aligns with the Zone's mission of innovation and economic development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build and manage multi-stakeholder partnerships with universities, research centers, and industry.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for executive-level collaboration.
• Experience in research, technology transfer, and innovation ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with DTV goals.
• Lead a team to identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with KFUPM and other partners.
• Oversee program development, joint research initiatives, and tech transfer activities.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and report to senior management.
• Manage the partnerships budget and pursue funding opportunities and sponsorships.
