Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent, PMI PMP, 12–18 years of delivery experience, strong English and Arabic, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 12-18 years of experience in project execution/management.
• PMI PMP or equivalent certification.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure project delivery and governance.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project management policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Lead mega projects and complex infrastructure programs, aligning with budgets and schedules.
• Direct project managers and teams, providing leadership and performance management.
• Manage project financials: budgeting, cash flow, cost control, and profitability.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations; escalate when needed.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulators.
• Oversee contract administration, subcontractor performance, and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvements in PM systems and processes.
• Communicate and report project performance to executive management.
