We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for a Project Director Construction Supervision role for upcoming major infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the delivery of large‑scale infrastructure projects from inception through completion.
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to multidisciplinary project teams including engineering, construction supervision, commercial and project controls functions.
• Act as the primary client interface, maintaining strong relationships with clients, government authorities, contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with quality, safety and contractual requirements.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks and opportunities and implement mitigation strategies as required.
• Oversee contract administration, commercial management and claims resolution activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards and governance requirements.
• Drive project excellence, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across project teams.
• Support business development activities including client engagement, proposals and strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Minimum 20+ years of experience in the delivery of major infrastructure projects, including significant experience in construction supervision and project leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large, complex infrastructure projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of project management, construction supervision, contract administration, commercial management, and project controls.
• Extensive experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Experience working within international consultancy environments is highly desirable.
• GCC and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia project experience is strongly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Chartership, or equivalent are advantageous.
