MOBCO Construction in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia seeks a Project Director to lead delivery of mega construction developments. The ideal candidate has 25+ years in civil engineering or architecture, with proven experience in malls, luxury hotels, high-rise towers, and other large-scale projects, plus strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 25 years of proven construction industry experience.
• Strong project delivery experience in malls, luxury hotels, high-rise buildings, or similarly complex developments.
• Proven experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and fast-track project schedules.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, project controls, and commercial management.
• Familiarity with Saudi building regulations and international construction standards.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Arabic language skills are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall execution of major construction projects from inception to handover.
• Direct project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and site management.
• Ensure delivery within approved schedules, budgets, quality, and HSE standards.
• Oversee planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, finishing, commissioning, and close-out.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, project risks, resources, and project controls.
• Provide strategic leadership and technical guidance throughout project execution.
