HanmiGlobal is seeking a Program Director to provide executive stewardship for a mega land and infrastructure program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead the PMCM team, ensure governance, and align scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and stakeholders across all phases.

You will report to the Client Executive Management, chair governance reviews, and drive performance dashboards and strategic recommendations to deliver the development program successfully.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Chartered professional membership or equivalent accreditation.
• Minimum twenty years of professional experience with 12+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading mega land development and infrastructure programs, preferably in KSA or GCC.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive leadership and governance for the PMCM organization.
• Direct and oversee all program activities from planning to project close-out.
• Ensure integration of technical, commercial, and HSE functions.
• Maintain executive interface with Client and key stakeholders.
• Lead risk, quality, cost forecasting, and contract management at program level.
