Job summary

Client of Rawaj Company for Recruitment seeks a Director of Awareness Communication & Beneficiary Support to lead the organization’s communication and beneficiary support functions. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, public awareness, and service excellence aligned with strategic objectives.

The position requires strong leadership to manage campaigns, official spokespeople, and multi-channel communications, with emphasis on executive reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English; experience in international and multicultural environments preferred.
• Ability to plan and measure campaign performance and prepare executive-level reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's communication awareness and beneficiary support functions to drive stakeholder engagement and service excellence.
• Manage local and international communication campaigns across channels and audiences.
• Oversee official spokespersons and development of messaging and materials.
• Align communication priorities with organizational objectives and strategic direction.
• Develop dashboards and reports for the CEO and Executive Committee.
• Oversee beneficiary support services and SLA adherence.
• Manage external providers for awareness, communication and beneficiary support.
