Job summary

MSL Group Middle East is seeking an experienced Business Director to lead a portfolio of key client accounts, driving senior relationships, strategic direction and commercial growth in Riyadh.

You will collaborate with strategy, creative, digital, social, data and production teams to deliver integrated communications solutions and leverage Publicis Groupe capabilities to unlock new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in communications, PR, or agencies.
• Proven experience leading major client accounts in a senior client-facing role.
• Strong track record across brand, digital, social and data-driven communications.
• Experience managing a team of approximately 6–8 people.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience growing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
• Excellent understanding of end-to-end communications ecosystem, including digital, data and technology.
• Experience planning and delivering integrated, multichannel campaigns.
• Strong communication, storytelling, influencing and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Preference for someone currently located in Riyadh.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor.
• Lead the strategic, operational and delivery requirements across assigned accounts.
• Translate client business needs into clear strategic and creative opportunities.
• Oversee the development and execution of integrated, multichannel campaigns.
• Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain client satisfaction and resolve challenges.
