Rawaj HCM Jobs in Riyadh seeks a Director – Awareness, Communication & Beneficiary Support to lead the organization's communication, awareness, and beneficiary support functions, driving stakeholder engagement, public awareness, and service excellence aligned with strategic objectives.

The role oversees media relations, government and international engagement, campaigns, and SLAs for beneficiary services, delivering high-impact messaging and executive reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Media, Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Significant experience managing communication, awareness, and media campaign strategies locally and internationally.
• Proven experience managing relationships with government entities, international representations, media, and influencers.
• Experience managing official spokespersons and developing communication and messaging materials.
• Strong ability to plan and measure campaign performance, analyze impact, and prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
• Experience managing beneficiary support services, complaints, inquiries, prioritization, and SLAs.
• Experience managing providers in awareness, communication, and beneficiary support.
• Fluency in English; international/multicultural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, and continuously improve the organization's communication, awareness, and beneficiary support strategy, framework, and reporting standards.
• Manage local and international communication campaigns and awareness initiatives across multiple channels and audiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with government entities, international representations, media outlets, and influencers.
• Oversee the management of official spokespersons and the development of key messaging and communication materials.
• Work with senior leadership to align communication priorities with strategic direction.
• Develop executive dashboards, campaign performance reports, and impact analyses for the CEO and Executive Committee.
• Oversee beneficiary support services, including complaints and inquiries management, prioritization, and SLAs.
• Manage service providers for awareness, communication, and beneficiary support, defining scope and monitoring performance.
• Ensure governance, documentation, approvals, and reporting align with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote best practices in campaign measurement, engagement analytics, reach, and impact tracking.
• Lead, coach, and develop the communication and beneficiary support team.
