Job summary

Visa in Riyadh is seeking a Director Issuing VAS Specialist Seller KBO to drive non-risk Issuing VAS across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman. You will lead end-to-end sales, engage senior stakeholders, and translate client priorities into Loyalty, Digital Network and Processing propositions.

The role requires strong consultative selling, deep payments domain expertise, and the ability to travel regularly across the GCC.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in relevant roles with a track record in B2B solution selling.
• Experience in payments, digital banking, or loyalty programs is preferred.
• Ability to travel regularly across the GCC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market and account sales plans for non-risk Issuing VAS in KBO across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman.
• Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from market planning, prospecting and discovery through solution development and closure.
• Lead consultative discovery with issuer and ecosystem stakeholders to identify priorities and translate them into VAS propositions.
• Engage senior decision-makers across Cards, Payments, Digital Banking, Loyalty and Product to drive revenue.
• Maintain timely opportunity activity, forecast, and sales-stage information in Microsoft Dynamics.
