Visa seeks a Head of Solutions Delivery for KSA, Bahrain and Oman to lead product sales, deployment, and market growth across the GCC. The role involves generating card fees, resell and other Visa revenues while driving affluent issuance and retention.

You will oversee the Solutions Delivery team in the KSA Bahrain and Oman cluster and work closely with markets, issuers and partners to drive acquisition, usage, volume and revenue, including digital solutions and cross-border initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in payments, transaction banking, SaaS, or related fields.
• Experience in developing and executing business development strategies.
• Experience in cross-border account payments and payment networks.
• Experience in managing large technology delivery projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Solutions Delivery for KSA, Bahrain and Oman and drive revenue growth.
• Develop consumer segmentation, portfolio optimization and value propositions across markets.
• Oversee regional teams and coordinate with issuers, partners and markets.
