Job summary

Visa is seeking a Director, Client Success and Business Planning in Riyadh to lead post-sale client services relationships and deliver operational solutions for growth. You will guide portfolio strategy, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and drive adoption of Visa products while aligning with Visa's strategic objectives.

This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio governance and performance tracking, including SNL pipeline oversight, readiness case management, risk identification, and escalation of off-track opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution of strategic priorities with CSMs, product, readiness, and sales teams to drive accountability and improve outcomes.
• Provide analytical insights and deep-dive analyses to leadership to improve activation, revenue realization, and overall performance.
• Oversee implementation of new Visa products by coordinating client and Visa teams to maximize adoption and readiness.
• Build and sustain trusted client advocate status by executing Client Success Plans and tracking client-specific outcomes.
