Job summary

Visa is seeking a senior Government Solutions leader to expand and deepen our public sector sales in KSA. You will drive strategy, engage key agencies, and partner with issuers, processors and fintechs to strengthen Visa's government propositions.

The role reports to the Head of Government Solutions GCC, is hybrid with 3 days in office, and requires extensive experience in Saudi public sector procurement, stakeholder education, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in government/public sector sales management in payments.
• Broad network in the KSA public administration space.
• Understanding of public procurement in KSA.
• Educate stakeholders on Visa’s capabilities and value.
• Engage and lobby public sector stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen and outcome orientation.
• Negotiate business agreements with new and existing relationships.
• Present to senior stakeholders confidently.
• Public sector payments infrastructure expertise is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Expand and deepen public sector sales strategy in KSA.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with federal, state, and local agencies in KSA.
• Identify and engage partners (issuers, program managers, processors, fintechs).
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Identify local use cases for the solutions team to roadmap.
• Report KPIs and track performance against targets.
• Collaborate with Government Engagement and marketing teams.
