Job summary

Visa is seeking a highly motivated Director, Issuing VAS - Specialist Seller to drive fraud and risk value-added services sales in the KBO markets. You will own a differentiated pipeline and lead the full sales lifecycle from discovery to closure, partnering with cross-functional teams to articulate ROI and a compelling value proposition.

You will build relationships with issuer risk and digital teams, engage C-level stakeholders with data-driven insights, and collaborate with Product, Marketing

Qualifications

• Experience selling Issuing Risk and Identity solutions.
• Proven track record in fraud/risk domain.
• Ability to engage C-level risk stakeholders using data-backed insights.

Responsibilities

• Own and build a qualified pipeline for Fraud & Risk (RAS) solutions.
• Lead full sales lifecycle from discovery to closure with ROI focus.
• Develop relationships with issuer risk and digital teams; translate pain points into solution architectures.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of Issuer needs, regulatory changes, and payments ecosystem.
