Job summary

ORDRO is seeking a Director of Category Strategy & Department Performance to lead strategy, execution, and a high-performing team in Jeddah. The role focuses on delivering revenue growth, margin improvements, and market expansion through optimized assortment, pricing, and supplier negotiations.

You will own the category P&L and drive KPI-based performance, collaborating across functions to execute strategic initiatives and achieve business targets in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years category management or merchandising experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with retail/commercial KPIs.
• Experience with pricing, assortment, and promotion planning.
• Knowledge of procurement and vendor negotiation practices.
