Job summary

Barns in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee the execution of the operational strategy across branches, ensuring service, quality, efficiency, and customer experience.

You will lead regional teams, monitor KPIs, collaborate with HR, Marketing, Procurement, and Expansion, and drive branch openings while maintaining compliance and developing field leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (Executive Master's or MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in operations management, including at least 3 years supervising regional or field teams in Retail or F&B.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Strong leadership, performance management, and analytical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute operational plans and strategies approved by senior management.
• Lead and guide Operations Teams to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor operational KPIs, analyze results, and report to management.
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Procurement, Training, and Expansion to ensure integrated execution.
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures across all branches.
• Lead new branch openings and ensure operational readiness.
• Support capability-building and field leadership development programs.
• Resolve day-to-day operational challenges and drive proactive solutions.
• Represent the Operations function in meetings and periodic reporting.
